Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Fridays or public holidays.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. Should there be a significant delay, we'll contact you via email or phone.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Estimated delivery: 2 working days
- Free shipping on orders over AED 100
- AED 20 shipping fee for orders under AED 100
Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days
- Free shipping on orders over AED 300
- AED 50 shipping fee for orders under AED 300
United Kingdom (UK)
- Free shipping on orders over AED 500
- AED 40 shipping fee for orders under AED 500
Rest of the World
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
- Flat rate shipping: AED 75 per order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. We also encourage you to contact our customer support team so we can assist where possible.
Please retain all original packaging and damaged items until your claim has been processed.
