We hope you love your order. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 45 days for your refund to be processed by your payment provider or bank.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, simply contact us via WhatsApp. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and personalisation reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please get in touch before sending it back.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend requesting a return first. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for your preferred item.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary between banks and payment providers, and it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.
